For your Miles to track systematically, simply quote your unique Voyager membership number during the booking process or at point of sale.
If you’ve flown on any SAA or Star Alliance flights without inserting your Voyager number at the time of booking or at point of sale, log on to your account on flysaa.com and select “Claim Missing Miles”, then select the partner you wish to claim Miles for.
You will need the following details to claim Miles for your flight:
- Ticket Number
- Flight Number
- Flight Date
- Cabin Class
- Booking Class
To claim Miles for any non-airline partners and non-Star Alliance partners, please contact the Voyager Call Centre on share call 086 000 3145 (SA only) or +2711 978 1234. You can also email us at email@example.com.
Be sure to keep your original boarding pass and a copy of your e-ticket receipt, or original invoices for non-airline partners, until Miles reflect in your account.
Missing Miles claims must be submitted 30 days before expiry of the required timeframe for the relevant airline or partner. Miles claims not automatically loaded for fuel purchases must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
